I was born Theodora Maurie Banks on March 21st, 1973 (first day of Aries)and grew-up in Wynnewood PA (a suburb of Philadelphia ) with my younger brother Alex and our cat Fred.

As of July '03 I moved back to Philly where I destressed and put myself back together after my last year of teaching in Oakland (teaching 600 students a week). I helped open the Ardmore, PA Trader Joes and started dating in November/December. Autumn passed and the new year came. After meeting many people through J-date, I found the sweetest, kindest, gracious, most wonderful man. His name is Josh and he makes me incredably happy.

In April my brother got married to Sarah. A beautiful wedding, with my amazing family and my first simcha with Josh.

Just recently I got a job teaching 3rd and 4th grade science at a Private Jewish School on the Upper West Side. Josh and I will be moving into an apartment in New Jersey. I will take the train to work and he will continue to work in the Philly area.
